Fountains Rose Garden

This is just a space-filler. I needed something pretty to fill up a corner that would otherwise have been empty, so I made a little formal rose garden with a pretty fountain in the center. Maybe you, too, have an empty lot that's too small to really do anything important with and have need of a pretty setting, maybe for a wedding or perhaps some other event.

While I didn't use any custom content, I do have World Adventures, Ambitions, Town Life, Master Suite, Generations, Seasons, and Island Paradise installed. I'm pretty sure (like, 75%) that this only uses stuff from World Adventures and possibly Town Life, I can't be 100% positive. So keep that in mind before downloading.

La Petite Boulangerie

A French-inspired bakery, La Petite Boulangerie is owned by my legacy family, the Alexanders and MacLeods. The bakery serves pastries, artisan bread, sandwiches, and hot beverages to workers at the police station, city hall, the fire department, and the rest of Main Street's businesses and residents.

This building uses content from Monte Vista, World Adventures, Island Paradise, and the following CC items. While you don't necessarily need the CC items, without the Bakery stuff from Around The Sims, you'll just have an empty shop, and if you want this to function as I've built it, you'll need to install Ani's "Shop From Inventory" mod.

My newest download is part of the third of my legacy family. She is not the one I chose to continue the legacy, but she looks so much like my own daughter that I wanted to share her. Yeah, I know that's strange, but I was just amazed by how Sims genetics work sometimes.

Anyway, she's a teen in this download and uses only Sims content. I have World Adventures, Ambitions, Town Life, Master Suite, Generations, Seasons, and Island Paradise and since I'm not 100% positive where the various parts of her come from, I can't tell you *exactly* which of these expansions/stuff packs you need. I know; I suck. I'm sorry.

Windermere Cottage

Since this is my first post on a brand new website, I thought I'd start things off with a bang and post a house!

It's loosely based on some floor and garden plans I found through Google searches. I wanted something like an English-cottage, complete with the lush garden. I think I did okay.

Windermere Cottage is on a 4X3 lot, and most of that is garden as you can see.

Windermere Cottage is unfurnished and unfinished, in so far as the floors and walls are bare. I did that because I think half the fun of playing the Sims is decorating your house the way you want. It's one bedroom, one bath, with an eat-in kitchen. There are two covered porches and one deck. It is fully landscaped, with a mature garden that has room to expand if you have Supernatural and want your little pixel dollies to grow some witchy herbs. I only used content from the base game, Ambitions, and World Adventures. There is no CC!
